Examine your skills, and figure out who else in the company has those skills. Ask yourself: Why would these skills be beneficial to the company? Explain to the interviewer how you attained your skills. What skills are needed for the types of jobs in the organization? How will my expertise going to be utilized within the function in the job? How will these skills profit the team and the organization? Where and how did you gain these skills? Explain how these skills you have benefited you? How do I know I have really obtained these skills? Explain how your skills have been beneficial to prior organization(s).
