• Explain to the interviewer how you attained your skills.
• What skills are needed for the types of jobs in the organization?
• How will my expertise going to be utilized within the function in the job?
• How will these skills profit the team and the organization?
• Where and how did you gain these skills?
• Explain how these skills you have benefited you?
• How do I know I have really obtained these skills?
• Explain how your skills have been beneficial to prior organization(s).
